Once a subscription has run for twelve months, every renewal is 10% less; after twenty-four months, 20% less. The discount belongs to that subscription, so if it ends for any reason, including a payment we could not take, a new one starts again at the full price. We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your renewals. If a payment fails, the tools pause until it goes through, and nothing you made is lost. Stripe retries the payment for up to two weeks; if every attempt fails, the subscription ends. Canceling stops the next payment and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for, with no fee. If implements is not what you hoped for, write to support@implements.app or use the support form within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why. Access ends when the refund is made. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 business days.

How does the founding offer work?
The first 100 people to subscribe get their first 3 months free, on either plan. You add a card at checkout and pay nothing that day. The first charge comes 3 months later, and if you cancel before then, you pay nothing. The free months count toward your loyalty discount.
When do the loyalty prices start?
Once your subscription has run for 12 months, every renewal is 10% less. After 24 months it’s 20% less. There’s nothing to claim, and a founding member’s free months count too.
Is anything free?
Yes, a few basics that run entirely on your device, with no account: convert units, make a QR code, merge PDFs and split a PDF. A free merge takes up to 3 PDFs. Anything that puts a page or a link online for you, like share links, editable QR codes and forms, comes with the subscription, and so does keeping your work on every device.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Billing. It stays the same subscription, so your months keep counting toward the loyalty prices.
What happens when I cancel?
No more charges. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and printed QR codes keep working after that. Come back later and a new subscription starts at full price.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed. After that we don’t refund part-used periods, but if a renewal caught you out and you haven’t used implements since, tell us. The refund policy has the details.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe tries again for up to two weeks, and Billing tells you what to fix. Your tools may pause until it goes through. If the subscription ends, the loyalty prices start again from full price.
Will the price go up?
We may change prices one day. If we do, you hear by email at least 30 days before it touches your renewal, and a period you’ve already paid for never changes.
Do the tools work offline?
Doc Scanner, PDF Kit, To-do List and Unit Converter keep working offline once installed. Tools that share a link, like Trip Split, Forms and Date Poll, need a connection.
