Refund policy
Cancel whenever you like, and ask for your money back soon after you start.

The short version
- Cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no reasons needed.
- After that we do not refund part of a period, because cancelling already leaves you with the access you paid for.
- Charged by mistake, or twice? Tell us and we fix it, whenever it happened.
Cancelling
Open Billing in your account and choose Manage billing. That opens Stripe's customer portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops the next payment; your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and access ends on that date.
You do not need to write to us to cancel, and there is no cancellation fee. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription, but does not refund the rest of the period, so cancel first if that matters to you.
Your first 14 days
If implements is not what you hoped for, write to support@implements.app or use the support form within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why. Access ends when the refund is made.
After that
We do not refund the unused part of a month or a year, and a renewal that you forgot to cancel is not refunded as a matter of course. Cancelling keeps your access to the end of the period, so nothing you paid for is lost.
That said, we would rather sort something out than argue. If a renewal caught you out and you have not used the service since, write to us and say so, and we will usually refund it.
Always refunded
- A duplicate charge.
- A payment taken after you cancelled.
- A serious fault that stopped you using the service for a meaningful part of your billing period, and that we could not fix.
If you are in the EU or the UK
Consumers there have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, which applies on top of anything on this page and is not affected by it. Tell us within 14 days of subscribing and you get your money back. Where you ask us to start the service at once and then withdraw, the law lets us keep a proportionate amount for the days you had access; in practice we refund the payment in full.
How a refund is made
Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, through Stripe. We start them within two business days of agreeing one. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 business days, which is their timing rather than ours.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days and we may pause access in the meantime. Nothing is owed for the days you could not get in: once the payment goes through, the period runs from then. If it never goes through, the subscription ends.
Before you ask your bank
If a charge looks wrong, please write to us first. We can usually refund it the same day, which is faster than a dispute through your bank, and a dispute raised against an account we cannot identify may mean we have to close it.
On your statement the charge appears under our business name, ROOTLESS ENTREPRENEUR LLC, not necessarily as "implements".
